STANDARD SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY 

  • *No refunds or exchanges 
  • No switching or changing of items after order has been placed and confirmed. All items that are ready to ship are sold as is.
  • Not liable for any damage done to the products once applied or removed from the original packaging. 
  • Not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  
    All orders require signature upon delivery. 
  • All order updates are sent out via email to the email on the account. All existing order inquiries are answered during business hours via the message center on your account, this allows direct communication between the customer and the merchant.

  • ALL NAIL LIQUID ORDERS WILL SHIP VIA USPS GROUND SERVICE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO FLAMMABLE CONTENTS 
  • ADDITIONAL FEES FOR HAZARDOUS SHIPPING APPLIED TO COST OF ITEM

All Amnesty Cosmetics orders will take 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. After processing it will take 2-7* business to receive your package, you will receive your tracking number via the email address entered during checkout or on the online store account. 

  • In most cases we will ship your items before that. Depending on the product ordered and the processing time for that order.It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

    All ready to ship orders will ship within approximately 2-3 business days once payment clears, depending on the shipping method you select. For orders placed prior 5pm (MT) will begin to process that day, If placed after 5pm (MT) an additional day will be required for processing.USPS will give you a delivery estimate when your order is accepted by them. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us via the message center under your account log in.

    If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking or FedEx tracking number to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

    Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Under special circumstances exceptions can be made, refunds for non custom items that are returned due to an undeliverable status can be made minus the cost of shipping due to the merchant loss of shipping supplies for orders. These supplies are not reusable and must be properly disposed of after the package returns to the shipper.


    LOST SHIPMENTS

    If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us  immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 14 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

     

    DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

    If you have received your package and it is damaged or any of the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately via the message center on the site. YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO DO SO. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with sending photos and evidence that will be needed to file a claim for the package. We will file the insurance claim for you but we must have as much information as possible for the claim. While awaiting the decision of the claim status you will have the option to receive store credit (YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON THE SITE THAT WAS USED FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER). Monetary refunds are only allowed if and only if you refuse store credit and your claim has been completed with USPS and the decision goes in our favor. Claims with USPS can take up to 14 business days or more depending on the work load at the time of the claim.

     

     

     

     

    Press on Orders

     

    • All press on sets are handmade and orders are packed by hand. 
    • Each category has a description to describe the items in that section.
    • Each item includes a description to describe the item listed.
    • Due to the nature of the items being sold, all sales are final unless otherwise specifically noted on the site under the item descriptions. 
    • Press on sets are reusable if removed with care and dependent on the personal wear and tear by each individual. 
    • Sets are made with builder gel, acrylic, and gel polish as a base to most sets. No sets are created with lacquer polish. Wear time can be from 1 day - 3 weeks or longer depending on the prep and application along with the care during activities. 
    • All orders include an application kit and instructions.
    • There are 13 difference shape/length combinations available. They can be viewed under the size guide section.
    • Each standard order includes 10 predesigned tips.To insure an accurate fit, it is recommended that each customer measure their nails following the measurement guide or purchase a size kit.
    • ALL SETS ARE CUSTOM AND NOT DUPLICATED. SMALL CHANGES ARE MADE TO EACH SET TO ALLOW EACH CUSTOMER ORIGINALITY. NO 2 SETS ARE DESIGNED EQUALLY.
